This role blends leadership with hands-on involvement, allowing you to contribute to our clients’ success while fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver top-tier solutions to clients while embodying our commitment to excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture that values open communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
  • Support sales efforts, shape new project opportunities, and mentor team members to grow within their roles.
  • Occasionally step in as Lead Engineer or Architect to ensure client satisfaction and uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
  • Champion ImagineX’s core values and serve as a role model for the team, fostering a workplace that is inclusive, engaging, and rewarding.
  • While this is a full-time role 100% remote position, we highly value in-person collaboration and prefer candidates based in Atlanta who can connect with clients and senior leadership when needed. However, this is not a must have requirement.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years in software development, with a strong background in consulting or professional services.
  • Cultural Alignment: A leader who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment and can champion our company values.
  • Expertise in Data AI and Technology Solutions: Demonstrated ability to lead analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud Data and AI and technology solutions, including process redesign, change management, and strategic alignment.
  • Depth in Data and AI Domains: Expertise in Data and AI/ML engineering, data science, and analytics consulting, with comprehensive knowledge across Data and AI disciplines.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Skilled in team development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while driving process innovation and change management.
