Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, manage accounting personnel, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role offers a diverse finance experience in a dynamic operational environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day accounting operations, including:Standard cost and variance analysisInventory transaction oversightOperations analysisEnsure timely and accurate financial closings (monthly, quarterly, year-end) in compliance with GAAP and all relevant regulationsImplement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policiesLead financial, operational, and statistical reporting using OneStreamSupport development of enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilitiesManage CapEx planning, forecasting, and budgetingReview journal entries and account reconciliations during month-end closeContribute to annual operating budget preparation and variance analysisValidate company-wide compliance with accounting procedures and recommend improvementsCoordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and reviewsIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) preferredInternal or external audit experience preferredStrong core competencies:Time and project managementAnalytical and critical thinkingOrganizational and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills at all levelsERP system experience required; familiarity with:OneStream, Dynamics 365, and Jet Reports (preferred)Advanced proficiency in Excel (required) and Power BI (preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
