- Strategic planning - Own demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the funnel, from cold leads to reactivation. Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans across CRM, Paid Social, and Organic Social channels to drive signups, engagement, and revenue, while aligning messaging and maximizing impact.
- Content & Messaging: Identify and action content opportunities for audience segments across email, SMS, app messaging, social posts, and paid campaigns. Spin up automation flows using tools like Braze, Klaviyo, n8n, Zapier, or your tools of choice. You’ll build logic based on real user behavior and touchpoints.
- Test & Learn: Build and test referral programs, price-drop alerts, retargeting flows, and conversion accelerators tailored to where users are in their journey. Run ongoing A/B and multivariate testing on creative, messaging, timing, offers, and sequences to improve performance.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with the data & analytics teams to track funnel performance, improve future campaign strategy and effectiveness, and surface new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure efficient execution of campaigns
- Act independently and move quickly. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally but self-start.
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing role, in eCommerce, D2C, and fast-paced marketing environments
- You’ve done this before in top-tier marketplaces, apps, or platforms in travel, fintech, mobility, SaaS, or similar spaces
- Strategic thinker with strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong copy briefing skills with an eye for content performance and audience alignment.
- Strong communication skills and being able to work as part of a team

- Fluent in English with proficient communication skills
- You’re fluent in lifecycle marketing and automation tools like Braze, Klaviyo, Posthog, n8n, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as paid media platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Analytics like GA4 and Looker
- Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis Analytics & Insights demographic profiling, personas, segmentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
