Based out of Riverside, you’ll guide branch managers, mentor teams, and ensure both operational excellence and client satisfaction. With a focus on profitability, streamlined operations, and high retention, you’ll be the senior leader driving growth across one of the company’s most important regions. This role requires both strategic oversight and boots-on-the-ground leadership, with weekly travel across Riverside, Lake Elsinore, and San Bernardino.Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and direction for multiple branches within the Inland Empire market.
Oversee $20–25M in revenue, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Hire, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
Manage financial performance, including P&L reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Retain and grow contractual revenue, with a focus on long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Implement best practices to strengthen operations and build bench strength within the region.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align branch goals with overall company strategy.
Qualifications:
5–7+ years of leadership experience in commercial landscape maintenance branch operations (required).
Strong track record managing P&L, employee development, and sales growth in the green industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Proven ability to mentor managers, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.
Must be able to travel weekly across Inland Empire branches (Riverside, San Bernardino, Lake Elsinore).

Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Bonus Potential: $50,000 – $70,000 based on branch and individual performance
