
Senior Structural Engineer - Buildings

- B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Florida.
- 7+ years of relevant structural design engineering experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood).
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards specific to the West Coast, especially seismic considerations.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, STADD, Enercalc, SteelSmart, Simpson CFS Designer, RISA, and Revit).
- Knowledge of building codes and standards and construction practices is required. Litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
