Delivers safe, effective, and enjoyable group exercise classes in accordance with the objectives and policies set forth by Elevation Health. Provides excellent leadership, up-to-date quality instruction and high energy motivation in one or more of the following class formats: Barre classes. Build relationships with members and class participants in order to maximize participation, engagement, and customer satisfaction.Starting immediately!6400 Sprint ParkwayOverland Park, KS 66211Monday or Friday 6 am to 7 amand/or Saturday 10 am to 11 am$40/classDUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSTeach agreed upon classes each week (on-site)Deliver high energy, engaging, and progressive exercise classesPrepare and plan class programming or choreography where applicableDevelop and maintain ongoing relationships with class participants by delivering excellent customer serviceMonitor class participants and provide assistance to correct ineffective or incorrect techniques when observed or askedMaintain clean, safe and orderly exercise room and equipmentSet up and clean up equipment used for classUse the Elevation Boost portal to manage & check in all participants for classesOTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform other duties as assignedEmergency protocolsQUALIFICATIONSMust have and maintain current CPR/ AED certificationMust have experience teaching group exercise classesAbility to modify exercise programs to meet the needs of the participantsMust be outgoing, energetic, able to perform in front of an audience and possess the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individualsJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $40.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Overland Park, KS 66211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)License/Certification:CPR Certification (Required)Work Location: One location
