- Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.

NOTE: This is a hybrid role, requiring Program Managers to be on-site at least 3 days a week in a corporate office. Some travel may be required (no more than 25%).About the team

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
- Experience with third party vendor or carrier integration, contract management, or performance management
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
