If you’re ready to advance your career and contribute to a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you.We currently have four open positions: HR, Accounts Payable, Purchasing Associate, and Executive Administrative Coordinator.Human Resource Staff:
  • Assist with posting jobs and screening candidate resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with job applicants.
  • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents as needed.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Accounts Payable:
  • Assist with reviewing and entering invoices into the accounting system.
  • Help match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
  • Support basic payment preparation via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper invoice records.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment questions or missing documents.
  • Help resolve basic discrepancies between invoices and supporting documents.
  • Support vendor statement reconciliation under supervision.
  • Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Purchasing Associate:
  • Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor information, and pricing.
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendor deliveries and invoices.
  • Maintain organized purchasing files and documentation.
Executive Administrative Coordinator:
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and manage vendor relationships
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Support onboarding of new employees with desk setup, access, and materials
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization in collaboration with facilities staff
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Projects assigned
