- Configure Windchill systems to advance product capabilities for a global user base.
- Validate Windchill configurations to fit business requirements, identifying solution options and making necessary business process changes.
- Identify and implement options ranging from basic to complex, perform analysis and design, execute configuration options, test, document, and maintain IT solutions.
- Apply professional business and technical knowledge when collaborating with customers, other IT groups, and vendors.
- Conduct research to identify and solve problems, significantly improving, changing, or adapting existing methods and techniques in accordance with business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Windchill, preferably for modules such as Document Management, Change Control, Non-Conformance, CAPA, Complaints, Audits, PLM, Supplier Controls.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Programmer/Configuration Analyst utilizing and configuring Windchill.
- Heavy configuration and ACL management skillset.
- Experience configuring and working with Windchill to solve business needs.
- Ability to write functional requirements and associated test cases.
- Work history with SVN and JIRA is a definite plus.
- Experience working with PTC under the SaaS model, with all hardware located in their data center.
