We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our management team at Arbour Commons Apartments. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the property, ensuring the highest levels of resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s appearance and overall performance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a dedication to excellence in customer service.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist the Property Manager in the overall operation and management of the apartment community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential residents by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee leasing activities, including conducting property tours, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate resident records, including lease files and accounts receivable.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards for appearance and maintenance.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote available units and attract new residents.
- Help coordinate maintenance and repair requests and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to occupancy rates, leasing activities, and resident satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the budget and controlling expenses.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.**Qualifications:**- Property Management experience is required; Assistant Manager experience preferred.-High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
