- Interest in manufacturing process or analysis
- Recognize, design, and implement plant improvements utilizing 3D CAD software and a hands-on approach; create or update work instructions for use in production; create design plans; prepare time studies; process mapping.
- Fabrication and design of racks, fixtures, and other components using 3D CAD Software Creo.
- Construction of designed projects using basic machine shop and welding skills.
- Participate in the 6S program, and update job safety analysis.
- Electronic Prototype Construction and Evaluation
- Testing and Evaluation of Prototypes
- Electronics and Mechanical Shop Projects
- Minor Analysis and Engineering Calculations
- Equipment Modification, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Pursing Industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering or other related degrees at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required & listed on resume.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A high level of integrity, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining the company's core values and culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
