With an emphasis on offering the perfect fit for everybody, the brand takes a revolutionary approach to denim and sophisticated classics, incorporating the very latest in technology to offer product that is beautiful, innovative, and fits flawlessly.With Dani Michelle as Joe’s new Creative Director, it is crucial for this position to align vision with Dani, to appropriately story tell through both Dani and the brand’s vision.In this role, you will be responsible for producing content that supports brand campaigns and key initiatives, cultivating and maintaining relationships with influencers for both organic and paid content opportunities, strategizing and tracking channel growth, and be hyper-aware of the ever changing and most up-to-date trends and competitive landscape happening across social media. Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
- Own the social media calendar and collaborates across departments to activate campaigns, promotions, and timely cultural moments in real time.
- Manage the development and execution of social media content to communicate key initiatives and brand stories.
- Responsible for community management, growth and engagement.
- Manage VIP master list and influencer outreach for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Handle all organic posting across social platforms (specifically, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Provide data-driven reports that distill performance into key insights, actionable takeaways, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage and execute gifting programs
- Event support as necessary
- Regularly create organic content featuring yourself as the on-camera talent.
- Plan and execute social-first photoshoots, while also leading social content capture during larger brand or campaign shoot days.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- 2-4 years minimum work experience in social media for a fashion, beauty, or entertainment brand, digital first/DTC brand experience a plus
- Strong communicator, with attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), trends, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).
- Can-do attitude open to all tasks associated with working for a start-up fast growing brand.
- Proven ability to manage multi-platform content calendars.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end social media campaign development, including creative ideation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliates to develop content (experience with ShopMy is a bonus).
- Hands-on editing using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools to produce photo, video, and motion assets.
