The Manager, Cash Analytics will lead the Research and Analytics functions in the Cashiering department, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong leader with deep mortgage servicing experience, a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to team development.The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset to optimize cash operations and mitigate risk while fostering a high-performance culture.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Implement industry-leading processes and controls to prevent non-compliance issues, ensure consistent customer experience, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Operational Risk to identify and mitigate risks and establish quality assurance processes.
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place to prevent fraud and misallocation of funds.
- Manage system enhancement planning and testing.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with department heads and executive leadership to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve systemic issues.
- Oversee resolution of high-impact, complex operational challenges by guiding root cause analysis and setting resolution strategies.
- Establish governance and oversight for payment reconciliation processes, including the development of controls and escalation protocols.
- Maintain compliance with audit risk assessments and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Cashiering team, ensuring performance standards and professional development.
- Direct strategic initiatives and high-priority projects, providing executive-level oversight, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support strategic planning and execution to meet organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Complete all required training in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to Selene's internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Travel up to 20%, based on business needs.
- Directly leads the Research and Analytics function within the Cashiering department.
- Provides coaching, development, and performance management for direct reports.
- Oversees cross-functional project teams and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field required; Master's degree or CFA/MBA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of progressively responsible assignments within mortgage servicing.
- Minimum 5-7 years in mortgage loan servicing, with progressive leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of FHA, GSE, VA, USDA, and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cash Management, Investor Reporting/Accounting, and Commercial Loan Management (e.g., Business Purpose Loans).
- Experience with MSP/Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS/ICE) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
