**Job Title: Over-the-Road Truck Driver (21-Day Solo Mileage Fleet)****Pay: Competitive rates ranging from $0.67 to $0.72 per mile, with additional pay opportunities****Additional Pay and Raises:**- Band Pay - Extra Pay On Short Lengths Of Haul:- 0-100 Miles: $35.00 per load- 101-400 Miles: $25.00 per load(Loaded Miles Only, non-relayed loads)- CSA Safety Bonus: Opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off.- On-Road Safety Bonus: Opportunity of $600 every 90 days.- Anniversary Bonus: Receive $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually.- Detention Pay: Provided after only 1 hour.- Safety-based Raises: Granted at designated mileage intervals, with a high cap.- Premium Pay: Earned per mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded).- Lucrative Truck Driver Referral Program: Earn rewards for successful referrals.- Other Accessorial Pay: Available when applicable (e.g., stopoff pay).**Job Description:**We are currently seeking experienced Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our 21-Day Solo Mileage Fleet. As a vital part of our team, you will embark on long-haul routes, delivering goods across diverse regions.
