What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility
Help with light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a clean, safe environment
Support residents during mealtimes and encourage independence
Document care and communicate resident changes using the Point of Care system
Engage residents in activities to promote social connection and well-being
Respond appropriately in emergencies and collaborate with team members

What You’ll Need:

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
CNA or STNA certificate (preferred)
1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
