- Consistently generate and cultivate new business leads, delivering on defined growth targets while positioning Sia Experience to stand out—and deliver.
- Lead high-impact client engagements through hands-on strategic delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing insight, creativity, and strategic direction to every engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and production teams to align internal firepower with external opportunity.

- Proven success leading large-scale, high-impact engagements for independent or mid-sized agencies.
- Extensive experience heading both business development and consulting delivery—growing accounts, originating new opportunities, and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Skilled at facilitating high-stakes conversations and energizing a room—clients trust your read and respect your point of view.
- Passionate about mentoring teams, developing talent, and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to spot the right fits, shape thoughtful solutions, and move quickly when the opportunity’s right.
- Well-versed in both the agency and consulting landscape—you understand what sets Sia apart and can articulate that to clients in ways that land.
- 9+ years of agency or consulting experience, with a strong focus on building new business at marketing and creative services and a track record of delivering impactful client solutions.
- Based in the NYC metro area, with a strong local network.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
