Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Revenue Growth Management – AFH, K-12 SchoolsThis Revenue Growth Management Analyst will support the USDA commodity processing program and assist in overall K-12 responsibilities. The analyst will be fully engaged with the K-12 Services System, complete Direct to Manufacturer and commercial bids for assigned states, as well as provide backup on other bids. This individual will also support the day-to-day administration of commodity accounts and be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation.Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requiresIn this role you will:Manage all aspects of the K12 Services commodity management tool, includingSet-up and maintenance of external customersCreation and tracking of direct-ship commodity orders for delivery and invoicingManage State Participation AgreementsPrepare USDA RFP Direct to Manufacturer commodity and commercial bidsCreate programs for direct-buying customers in the Telus trade systemWork with broker commodity analysts to manage drawdown balancesAnalyze K12 Services data to determine lost and new commodity business. Work with sales and brokers to gain insights on lost customersEstablish and foster relationships with key internal and external K12 stakeholdersProvide support to sales team and brokersAttend industry conferences and/or trade shows up to 3 times per yearPresent in department meetings, as well as broker/sales meetingsWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, revenue growth management, customer logistics, & legal teamsResolve pending deductions and claims of key distributors and operators both within and outside of the Telus trade systemUpdate Quicksight dashboard with K-12 data monthlyAssist with other projects, as neededThe Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
