We are seeking dedicated and talented LVNs to join our collaborative team of CNAs, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our 5-star, 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Here, your passion for care will thrive in a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes the well-being of both staff and residents.What You’ll Be DoingYou will provide person-centered, individualized, and clinically competent care to all residents—both temporary and permanent—ensuring that services are appropriate to meet their needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, with support from the management team.About youWe are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians to join our team with the goal of providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition, we seek candidates who possess:
Active California LVN license
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
Current and valid CPR certification
Schedules:
Part-Time: (days varies)
AM (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
NOC (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Full-Time: (days varies)
PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Wages
$36.00 - $40.74 per hour, DOE
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 for Full-Time; $1,500 for Part-Time
