Maintenance Technician

- Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
- Address emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operations.
- Execute scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Undertake simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Apply mechanic skills encompassing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform necessary maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, conduct tests, and make adjustments.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Identify faulty operations, defective material, and promptly report such issues.
- High school Diploma or GED required; an Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is advantageous.
- Possess 2+ years of manufacturing experience with emphasis in hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial skill sets, with some exposure to PLC and HVAC.
- Any CNC programming and PLC programming experience are considered beneficial.
- Vacuum furnace experience is an additional asset.
