
Senior Project Manager

- Attend meetings with owners, clients, and architects; facilitate effective communication between clients and the project team; document critical issues.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle; collaborate with the project team to align work schedules with man-hour budgets.
- Identify, negotiate, and oversee fees for additional services as required.
- Cultivate and expand vital business relationships essential to project success; engage in business development activities with current clients.
- Confirm project scope and requirements with clients and stakeholders; collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) or Location Leader as necessary.
- Assist in developing the project's financial plan by negotiating fees and contracts, preparing proposal letters, and participating in man-hour budgeting processes alongside CRM or Location Leader.
- Hold a technical or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline practiced by the firm, with ten years of practical experience on similar projects.
- Possess Professional Engineer licensure.
- Preferably have experience in healthcare building design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Thorough understanding of engineering theories, methodologies, project approaches, and system designs.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles to create and maintain budgets.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
- Focus on healthcare markets with specific expertise in hospitals and healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, and rehabilitations.
- Additional experience in federal government, higher education, and stadium projects is advantageous.
