- Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end IT onboarding projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IT onboarding processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align on project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of IT onboarding projects.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and functionality of newly onboarded IT systems.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with two (2) or more years of related professional experience. A Master's Degree and 0+ years of experience may be substituted.
- Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and architecture.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) certifications are required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
