The Opportunity:CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.We are seeking a SAFe Coach & AIDM Scrum Leader to provide Agile leadership across the Air Force’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modernization program. This dual-hat role serves as the program SAFe Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters and ensuring program-wide Agile discipline, while also acting as the Scrum Leader for the Application Integration & Data Migration (AIDM) team — the team delivering the program’s most complex technical work. Leads working sessions with product owners to review and determine requirements. Maintains close relationships with product owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders such as product end users. Oversees Agile and Scrum techniques including but not limited to User Stories, TDD (test-driven development), BDD (behavior-driven development), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Waterfalls, Automated Testing, Sprint Reviews and Retros. Responsible for the full scope of the change management process ensuring the change schedule does not adversely affect the organization.Responsibilities:Program-Level Coaching:Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners across all Agile Product Teams (APTs).Facilitate and improve program-level ceremonies: PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos.Embed Lean-Agile practices (WSJF prioritization, flow metrics, backlog transparency).Track and report Agile metrics: velocity, throughput, predictability, defect trends.Team-Level Scrum Leadership (AIDM)Serve as Scrum Leader for the AIDM team, managing sprint ceremonies and backlog execution.Remove impediments and shield the team to maximize productivity.Ensure integrations and data migration stories meet Definition of Done (config complete, tested, documented).Support delivery of interfaces (REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, Extracts, SFTP) and migration waves from EBS HRMS/MilPDS.Coordinate dependencies with Core HR, Talent, and Shared Services APTs.Qualifications:Required:BA/BS + 5 YRS8+ years of Agile leadership experience, with 3+ in SAFe programs.Proven experience as an Agile Coach, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Release Train Engineer (RTE).Hands-on Scrum Master experience in enterprise SaaS/ERP programs.Familiarity with HCM implementation patterns (integrations, migrations, security, reporting).Strong facilitation, servant-leadership, and coaching skills.Desired:SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.Prior DoD HRIT program experience, especially involving data migration and integrations.Oracle HCM Cloud implementation background.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
