- Plan, execute (includes dosing, measuring tumors, collecting tissues), troubleshoot and analyze in vivo pharmacology experiments (efficacy, PK/PD)
- Pre-clinical model development and characterization
- Interface with cross-functional project team members, and participate in and presentation at project team meetings and cross-departmental team meetings
- BS degree with at least 4 year of relevant experience in a related scientific discipline.
- MS degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related scientific discipline.
- Experience with in vivo pharmacology research experiments or related activities that support drug discovery and development.
- Expertise with mouse models of cancer and cancer immunotherapy
- Proficiency with various mouse handling techniques including dosing (IV, PO, subcutaneous, IP), tumor inoculation/measurements, in life and terminal blood collection, collection and handling of tissues during necropsy and processing for ex vivo analysis
- Experience with sterile tissue culture, and molecular and basic cellular biology techniques
- Hands on experience with flow cytometry and multi-parametric analysis is desired
- Experience with in vivo imaging is desired
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on day-to-day responsibilities and research goals
