- Responsible for developing and preparing documentation for NCQA Health Plan survey submissions
- Works closely with quality staff, health plan staff, and internal business partners to build and document compliance with accreditation standards
- Complete quality improvement reports that provide analysis of data related to key quality projects
- Serves as a technical advisor for accreditation compliance
- Organizes and/or participates in readiness assessments in preparation for accreditation survey submissions
- Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
- Interfaces with accreditation agencies and other regulatory and compliance bodies
- Participates in the development and distribution of health plan accreditation best practices
- Develops policies and procedures that support quality and accreditation activities
- Supports implementation of quality structure at regional and national levels.
- Facilitate regional and national quality meetings and committees

- 2+ years of experience and solid knowledge of managed care and market regulatory requirements related to health plan quality
- 2+ years of experience with NCQA accreditation standards in a managed care plan
- Proficiency in Microsoft basic with Excel and Word, Intermediate with PowerPoint
- Proven excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proven solid oral and written communication skills
