- Responsible for driving marketplace growth of the UKG WFM and Infor HCM/WFM capabilities to expand sales through greenfield opportunities, internal industry channels and accounts.
- Drives innovative strategy and identifies, develops, and executes sell-with opportunities across UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM AOS
- Responsible for leading client engagements for UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM AOS projects and managing the delivery teams on an engagement. Engage with Deloitte account and client senior leadership to manage delivery to their expectations
- Engage with strategic vendor partnerships and other Deloitte teams and leaders to deliver on sales goals
- Work with Operate Leaders to sell and deliver UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM at stand alone and select engagements
- Support and engage with internal global teams to develop marketing materials, recruit practitioners, develop competitive assessments, developing internal training materials, track pipeline, customized selling materials, contract support, etc.
- Develop and execute the plan and associated order boards to further develop client engagement, innovation and skillsets/capabilities across practitioners
- Identify growth opportunities by leveraging data analytics, new product enhancements, new automation tools, cross-consulting opportunities, and by optimizing all HCaaS products and services
- Demonstrate a flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up. Works with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to motivate others towards common goals.
- Work effectively within a matrixed organization. Gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
- 8+ years of HR Technology Implementation or AOS experience with deep exposure across the overall HC process taxonomy (including payroll/time) both functionally and technically
- 3+ years of hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the UKG WFM or Infor WFM or HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go live.
- Minimum of 4 years demonstrated mastery of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 0 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
