- Competitive Hourly Rate: $35-$50 per hour ($72,800-$104,000 annual base salary)
- On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties
- Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)
- Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

In this dynamic role, you'll keep commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems running smoothly while delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines.
- Troubleshooting and assessing systems to recommend and execute repairs, minimizing downtime.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and proposing enhancements to optimize performance.
- Responding promptly to emergency service requests with professionalism.
- Collaborating with a dedicated support team of dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources.
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Contributing to facility-related projects and providing insights to improve operations.
- Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
- Certifications: EPA Certification required; O6A license preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs., carry 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
- Skills: Expertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, with strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities. Experience with industry software is a plus but not required.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to wear PPE, flexibility for overtime and occasional travel, and ability to pass drug, background, and driver's license checks. Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
