The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding.Responsibilities:Define, implement, and manage all associated processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation deliverables.Facilitate project execution and resolution between business and development teams.Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline)Implement software development life cycle for all project steps and phases, and provide technical support during each phase.Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Develop project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersCultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesRequirements:Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 1 year (preferred)Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or similar field (preferred)Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
