πŸ“… Start Date: Fall 2025What You’ll DoIn this role, you will deliver speech-language services to students with a range of needs. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Developing and implementing therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Providing direct therapy services (in-person or remote) across grade levels
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal development
  • Completing required documentation, including IEPs, Medicaid billing, and progress reports
  • Offering consultative support to school staff and caregivers

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - required
  • Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • At least 2 years of school-based experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Full-time availability for the 2025–2026 school year
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Experience with Special Education Case Management and IEP development
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt in a school-based environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
