- The End User Compute Domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on engineering, management, and support of the hardware and software utilized by our team members for their daily job functions and for being more productive. This domain encompasses all productivity tool capabilities as well as end-user devices. This includes all telephony functions (Unified Communications), Audio Visual (meeting room experience), Desktop & Printer engineering, surveillance systems, as well as Productivity and collaboration tools (Email, Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, etc.).
- Document technical work, products, and processes (e.g., code, scripts, workflows) according to organizational standards and best practices, ensuring clear, accessible documentation for ongoing and future work.
- Perform root cause analysis on failures of services or systems maintained by your squad, identifying underlying issues, and prescribing detailed action items to mitigate future recurrence and improve system stability.
- Ensure the security and availability of services and systems, prioritizing the closure of open vulnerabilities, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring systems are compliant with security standards and industry best practices.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, adaptable approach to working under pressure, ensuring quick and effective resolutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical support for SharePoint and Microsoft services, troubleshooting issues, integrating SharePoint with third-party systems and enterprise applications, and automating business processes using PowerApps and SharePoint Designer (SPFx).
- Manage site collections, permissions, governance policies, and information architecture within SharePoint.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, compliance, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications.\
- Develop and support automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting large-scale solutions in production environments
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Airline Industry experience
- Proficiency in scripting, automation, development and developer tools (E.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Git/Github, VSCode, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript,).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking principles, and security protocols (TLS, SSL).
- Relevant CompTIA (Network+, Server+, Security+) or Microsoft Certification, a plus.
- Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and email security technologies (DLP, anti-phishing solutions, encryption methods).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Power Platform for custom integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
