POSITION TITLE: Staffing SpecialistLOCATION: Cleveland, OH (On-Site)COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $60,000GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Onsite Specialist to support one of our key clients in the Cleveland area. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building meaningful partnerships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional workforce experience, this role could be the perfect fit.RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:Client Engagement & Program ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and contingent workers onsiteEducate managers on contingent workforce program policies and ensure complianceProvide timely updates, insights, and reporting to client and internal stakeholdersRecruitment & OnboardingAssist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for open rolesCollaborate with hiring teams and staffing suppliers to drive recruitment performanceEvaluate candidate training results and readiness for manufacturing and production rolesTraining & Workforce DevelopmentPlan and deliver hands-on training sessions to incoming contingent workersMonitor and assess training effectiveness and make improvements as neededMaintain training documentation, SOPs, and compliance with safety proceduresAdministrative & Operational SupportManage payroll processing, audit timekeeping systems, and handle bonus/sick leave trackingMaintain tracking tools and shared communication platforms (Excel, Google Suite)Identify and solve operational challenges to support workforce successMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of account management experience (staffing industry experience a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to build trust quicklyExperience recruiting, training, or supporting employees in a client-facing roleA detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environmentPERKS & BENEFITS:At the center of Eastridge Workforce Solutions' values is the belief that the most important thing we do is continue to hire the best people and create a workplace where they can thrive.
