- 4+ years of experience in assembly or production, demonstrating hands-on expertise in building various products.
- 4+ years of experience using hand tools and power tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, wrenches, electric and pneumatic tools, and custom in-house fixtures.
- 4+ years of experience performing advanced rework and repair, including fault troubleshooting and executing complex recovery procedures.
- 4+ years of experience reading and interpreting complex instructions, such as assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, ISO work instructions, and test procedures.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Physically capable of safely performing essential job movements - including sitting, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling for the full duration of the assignment, and able to lift and transfer up to 25 lbs. while meeting standard job demands.
- Able to identify and analyze non-conforming support processes-such as metric measurements, ERP functions, or administrative tasks-and implement corrective actions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Proficient in using assigned software tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CSB, and Datamatics, to complete job-related tasks.
- 4+ years of experience applying practical knowledge to support analysis, decision-making, and continuous improvement within production environments.
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Manufactures products using visual aids, wiring lists, blueprints, and written/verbal work instructions and procedures; performs simple to complex setup and adjustments to products, equipment, and processes.
- Uses hand, pneumatic, and power tools, machinery of various sizes, material handling equipment, and computer-run equipment; moves parts and materials to maintain an orderly flow.
- Conducts quality inspections throughout the assembly process using visual and testing methods; notifies appropriate personnel if processes are out of compliance.
- Rotates between operations within and between work cells/departments; prepares records for work cells or departments and trains other production operators.
- Uses the manufacturing system to replenish components, check availability, view BOMs and routings, report production, troubleshoot transactions, analyze capacity, and investigate process improvements.
- Capable of making informed assembly decisions based on the outcomes of previous operations.
- Utilizes support software tools for labor analysis, data gathering, cell status boards (CSB), data analysis, and graphing.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour.
