- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365-based solutions.
- Oversee and guide the development, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365-based solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and administrators working with Microsoft technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern workplace tools.
- Oversee and guide SharePoint architecture, site structure, permissions, and content management.
- Manage the lifecycle of Power Apps and Power Automate flows across departments.
- Design both custom and out-of-the-box solutions with a focus on security and risk management.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for internal/customer-facing solutions.
- Maintain and enforce governance policies, data integrity, and standards.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Create workflows, custom apps, and dashboards to automate manual processes.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party systems using APIs and connectors.
- Oversee UAT testing, user training, and documentation for new solutions.
- Guide the design and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI to meet organizational objectives.
- Supervise the creation of workflows, custom applications, and dashboards aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and automating manual processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with third-party systems via APIs and connectors to enhance system coherence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support solution adoption and sustainability.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning for Microsoft 365 initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget solution delivery.
- Provide strategic oversight for system issue resolution, including the management of service tickets and escalation processes for complex incidents.
- Monitor and analyze the usage, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay informed of updates on the Microsoft roadmap and proactively recommend improvements to enhance productivity and system efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SharePoint Online (site collections, libraries, content types, security)
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (process automation and integrations)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development)
- Power Pages (portal customization and external user management)
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
- Effective Change Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
