- Self-starter with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices and respect legal requirements
- Internet savvy with solid computer literacy
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and interact over the phone with seasoned financial advisors.
- 2-4 years of sales experience preferred, dealing directly with Financial Advisors or working in a recruiting capacity ideal.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- $45,000 annual base + Uncapped Commissions + Sales Incentives
