To learn more visit us atThe Project Manager, PMO plays a critical role in driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the division. This role leads projects within a diverse portfolio of projects spanning Operations, Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain.How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
  • Responsible for leading the successful planning, management, and execution of assigned high-impact projects from initiation through project closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives for assigned projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and manage project deliverables, risks and dependencies. Ability to quantify risk impact on strategic objectives, proactively escalate issues as needed and remove roadblocks.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and ensure transparency on project status.
  • Analyze project data and compile insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PMO processes, tools and best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Keep project documentation, trackers and reporting current to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing or supporting projects in a cross-functional environment; experience in supply chain or related functions preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect project work to broader business objectives.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively but able to identify and complete tasks independently without a high degree of oversight.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BI is a plus
