- Lead the development and implementation of new operations systems, with a particular focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Apps to create custom business applications.
- Integrate data sets and develop comprehensive Microsoft Power BI reports that facilitate informed decision-making, eliminate process waste, and minimize the risk of incremental costs arising from the inability to make proactive data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting lean manufacturing kaizens aimed at process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and integration, particularly within ERP environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of business applications, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment, maintenance, and user training.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of best practices for application development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide expertise and guidance on the customization and configuration of ERP systems to better support business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that business system applications deliver maximum value and efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of business applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Facilitate the adoption of new applications and systems through comprehensive change management and training programs.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and other Microsoft technologies.
- Strong background in ERP system configuration and improvement, with a preference for candidates with experience in lean manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead kaizen events and apply lean principles for process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and experience managing a diverse team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
