
Manager – Individual Giving

- Cultivate and manage 10-20 major donor relationships from prospect research through gift closure, including regular visits, proposals, and stewardship
- Partner with Chief Development Officer to support senior leadership and the Board of Directors in donor cultivation, solicitation meetings, and stewardship events
- Research, identify, and develop new major gift prospects
- Design and launch new giving programs: monthly sustainers, legacy giving, and naming opportunities
- Lead annual appeals and special campaigns with compelling storytelling
- Create donor stewardship experiences that build lasting loyalty
- Manage and maintain detailed donor records and cultivation plans in Raiser’s Edge and other CRM systems
- Analyze giving patterns to optimize program performance
- Collaborate on marketing materials and digital campaigns
- 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising with proven revenue growth
- 3+ years directly soliciting and securing major gifts from individuals
- Proven success managing donor relationships and cultivation cycles
- Confident presenting to donors, conducting face-to-face solicitation meetings, and building lasting relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fundraising, development, nonprofit management, or related field experience
- Project management experience with multiple concurrent campaigns
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; Raiser’s Edge and CRM system proficiency

- Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience, skills, knowledge and abilities of applicants.
