Back-End Java Engineer, DevOps, TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Annapolis Junction, MDWe have multiple Back-End Java Engineer openings available. This Back-End Java Engineer position is 100% Onsite and not Remote. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every three weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.We have an immediate need for a Back-End Java Engineer with back-end Java and DevOps skills. Support will focus on software engineering and DevOps of the WEBCANDID tool, which tracks and administers requests for mission-critical intelligence reports from the Intelligence Community and partners around the world.Responsibilities:– Need 7+ years of experience as a Java Software Developer.
– Develop distributed software.
– Update software code and fix bugs.
– Build and deploy applications and services.
– Install and configure complex software.
– Manage network servers and technology tools.
– Monitor and maintain the system for required levels of performance.
– Write scripts to automate general system operations or DevOps activities and troubleshooting and resolving issues and outages.Qualifications:– Strong back-end Java 8+
