Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with a strong background in injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in GMP-compliant medical device manufacturing environments. This role is critical in supporting supplier relationships, driving quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Why You Should Be Interested:

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and technical issues with key suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as a member of the Supplier Engineering Team to proactively manage supplier quality activities
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
  • Support tool design and process development initiatives that promote a zero-defect approach to quality
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with a focus on high-speed automation, injection molding, and blow molding
  • Conduct and oversee component, tooling, and process validations/verification
  • Develop and validate test methods to ensure accurate and reliable quality assessments
  • Manage supplier quality projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, and auditing processes
  • Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve supplier-related issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supplier quality engineering within medical device manufacturing, including injection molding, blow molding, or device production
  • At least 2 years of experience in GMP-compliant medical device environments
