As a key player, you will provide overall management administration to the project, assisting in establishing project-specific objectives and policies. BA/BS in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or similar curriculum plus 6 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical interiors commercial construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Desire to work in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Experience working in an MEP environment.
Experience in construction in electrical, mechanical, telecom, technology, or mission-critical environments.
Experience running larger scale projects.
Fluency in construction paperwork including scope writing, purchasing, scheduling, planning, invoicing.
Experience in ground-up construction.
Ability to guide/train and mentor junior staff members.
Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Highly organized, professional, and excellent communication skills.
