Welder

• Weld a variety of metals—including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum—to build components that support advanced thermal energy systems.

• Use blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to map out welding plans and ensure everything lines up with design requirements.

• Set up and operate welding tools like MIG welders, grinders, and plasma cutters, making sure everything’s calibrated correctly and safe to use.

• Prep metal surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and aligning parts with precision tools like calipers and rulers to ensure a perfect fit.

• Build and assemble structural elements such as pipe supports, brackets, and frames that go into thermal harvesting units.

• Work closely with engineers and production teams to solve problems and improve welding techniques for better efficiency and performance.

• Track materials used and document completed work to maintain accurate records and support production flow.

• 5+ years of MIG welding experience

• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach and grasp throughout the whole shift

• Must have own tools, face shield, grinder, steel toed boots

• Weld a variety of metals—including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Bilingual (preferred)

• Background and drug screening required
