Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Merrimack, NH. Summary: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a team of professionals committed to crafting business requirements that are crucial to our ability to serve as a directed record keeper for our plan sponsors. You will serve as requirements expert and are responsible for providing all business analysis support in an Agile environment for client advised projects to ensure that the systems are functioning according to the detailed business requirements.
  • BS or BA required
  • 5 - 7 years of Business Analysis experience required
  • At least 5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment
  • 5 - 7 of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementation
  • The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
  • Proven understanding of end to end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired
  • Proficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
  • Critical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categories
  • Ability to function at a high level in an exciting Agile work environment
  • Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process
  • Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
