SummaryThe primary purpose of the Maintenance Assistant is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. This position does include assisting with mowing and plowing.Experience
  • The ideal candidate will possess general knowledge related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, snow removal, floor machines and a general understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
  • One (1) year prior experience in a related field required.
