- New construction – Engineering, fabrication and install of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices
- Special projects – Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings for new efficiencies
- Service - scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response
- Building performance – Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring
- Performance Contracting -- Sustainable Solutions: Acting as the Prime Contractor, we deliver design-build energy-efficient solutions in the built environment for private and public sector clients

- Complete, route and manage all assigned leads, both external and internal in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in all preliminary aspects of the project sales process as requested by the Account Executive Team.
- Create and Process warranties and startup reports for internal tasking.
- A track record of keeping pristine file organization
- Expertise in Coordinating team meetings, training, and events
- Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Having high ownership of your tasks
- Passionate with a can-do attitude
- Having excellent customer service skills
- A strong communicator
- Being an integral part of a fast-paced team and having your thumb on the pulse of all the upcoming projects they will be working on.
