Posting SummaryPlan, implement, and ensure compliance of continuing medical education (CME) activities in accordance with Joint Accreditation policies. Analyze accreditation standards, develop program documentation, educational objectives, and outcomes tools, and ensure programmatic compliance. Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, manage the full lifecycle of CME conferences-including budget development, site selection, marketing, oversee catering arrangement and on-site management, and post-event evaluation-and identify opportunities for educational growth and grant funding.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Bachelor's degree and two years related administrative or conference management experience required. Strong judgment and organizational skills are essential for prioritizing multiple projects in various planning stages. Solid verbal and written communication skills.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while identifying opportunities for educational growth and grant funding.
Desirable QualificationsKnowledge of medical specialties, negotiation skills, and experience in marketing and/or graphic design are highly desirable. Proficiency with project management tools such as Basecamp or similar applicationsAnticipated Pay Range $61,000- $65,000
