Responsible for leading traffic personnel and providing hands-on support across all aspects of the shipping and receiving operation. This role plays a key part in coordinating daily warehouse workflows, ensuring shipping accuracy, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position also requires proactive participation in meetings and the training/retraining of both new and existing traffic clerks to maintain team alignment and operational excellence.
