- Design and develop electrical systems for equipment using CAD software.
- Perform engineering calculations, layouts, and create schematic diagrams.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs/RS Logix - Allen Bradley or Siemens.
- Utilize HMI software such as FactoryTalk or similar for system controls.
- Control VFDs through HMI and PLCs.
- Provide technical support to customers and manufacturing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to see projects from inception to completion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with PLCs/RS Logix - Allen Bradley or Siemens.
- Proficiency in HMI software such as FactoryTalk.
- Experience in controlling VFDs through HMI and PLCs.
- General knowledge of CAD, with preference for AutoCAD Electrical.
- 5 years' experience with Rockwell Rslogix500 and RsLogix5000 platforms and FactoryTalk View.
- Working knowledge of commercial machinery control devices such as proximity switches, solenoid valves, and transducers.
- Understanding of AC & DC motor control systems, primarily with VFDs.
