Food HACCP SupervisorThis role directs the day to day activities of the HACCP Technicians to ensure compliance with company, industry and governmental standards and assists with the development and reassessment of assigned location’s HACCP and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) program regulations.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: **Assist QA Manager in monitoring HACCP & SSOP for data collection, coordination and distribution.Plan, direct and review the activities of HACCP TechniciansManage facility microbiological programManage Master Cleaning scheduleDevelop and maintain relationship with USDAQualifications
Bachelors degree (not hard requirement)
HACCP Certification preferred
Minimum 3 years HACCP related experienced
Minimium of 3 years of leadership experience
