Perform duties requiring a good working knowledge of CAE’s operations and a detailed knowledge of the Services Department. Provides general support to Program Managers and supports the administrative needs of the program staff. Documentation liaison for the TSSC and subcontractors.Program procurement support and trackingPurchase requisition tracking and managementPurchase Order placement-to-IMS oversight and managementMaterial and supplier documentation-to-IMS oversight and trackingProgram management communication and deliverablesIPT coordination and document support with functional stakeholdersProgram execution supportDelivery/deployment coordination supportRisk and Opportunity management supportProgram performance analysis supportSchedule analysis supportFinancial analysis supportProposal supportBOE review and trackingProposal volume review and supportOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.Minimum 2+ years of experience in project oversight, analysis, and/or administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Windows, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPointExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAble to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyAttention to detail and follow-through is imperativeMust be able to travel and work flexible hours and overtime, including occasional weekendsMust be familiar with all office equipment, such as copy machine and printerMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedCustomer service skills and assertiveness to deal diplomatically with employees at all levelsAttentiveness to deadlines and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work with minimal supervisionDue to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.Security ResponsibilitiesMust comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
