Work Authorization: Open to H1B/H4-EAD (No GC profiles accepted)We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in healthcare data and analytics to join our team onsite in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve healthcare outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models tailored for healthcare applications.Work with large healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, HL7/FHIR, imaging, etc.).Collaborate with clinicians, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.Optimize model performance, scalability, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards.Document processes, algorithms, and results for regulatory and operational use.Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.Strong background in healthcare data (EHR, clinical workflows, claims, population health, etc.).Proficiency in SQL and big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP preferred).Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare-specific data challenges.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior work in predictive modeling, NLP, or computer vision for healthcare.Experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.kindly share the updated Cv to Venkatesh.kulkarni@centstone.com
