You may upload all three on the application under CV/Resume or upon answering the questionnaire you may attach the documents.QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Five years of experience in program/project management or coordination, or related areas.Preferred QualificationsGrant management experienceKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to work cooperatively with others.ResponsibilitiesProgram Management and AdministrationPlans, organizes, directs, and manages day-to-day activities for the program including oversight of grant projects for the program.Develops and implements procedures for the administration of the program.Assists in developing strategic plans and goals to support the program.Assists with the development and production of materials designed for the program.Supports grant research personal in management and administration of grant researchResearches, develops grant applications, and prepares presentations or manuscripts.Staff Supervision and DevelopmentSupervises program support staff and student assistants.Develops and conducts programs including leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops.Budget and Financial CoordinationAssists with yearly budgetary and contract processes.Prepares purchase orders and requisitions.Coordinates with accounting personnel and other support staff.Communication and CollaborationMaintains and develops communications between clinical, community, and grant partners by attending meetings and conference calls.Why Texas A&M University?We are a prestigious university with strong traditions, Core Values, and a community of caring and collaboration.
